Vicar in charge of St Stephen’s Anglican Church Parish, Onicha-Ugbo, Aniocha North Local Government Area, Rev Canon Nnaoma Ijezie has launched a book on quality Christian upbringing of children.
The event, which was attended by dignitaries from the Anglican Communion and the Catholic faith held after last Sunday’s service in the church auditorium.
According to the book’s author, he was motivated by the passion to raise a Christian child who can withstand the temptations of this age.
The book reviewer, Ven. Emmanuel Amaje noted that the bulk of child upbringing rest on the mother, adding that the church and the society have a lot to invest in proper child’s upbringing.
The author, Rev. Canon Ijezie was a Sunday School/Children teacher for 11 years.
The event was attended by Idumuje Unor monarch, Councilor representing Onicha Ugbo ward 2, Hon Chiedu Nwaghodoh, prominent member of the church, Mr. Ndubuisi Aboh, amongst others.
