In further alignment with the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda, she has overseen the distribution of over 2,500 systems to boost NIN enrolment and upgraded workstations across departments to meet global operational standards. Additional welfare initiatives include free staff bus services, a new car park, and facilitated access to national food palliatives to cushion economic pressures measures that have improved staff morale and productivity.
Her open-door leadership style and active engagement with labour unions have also been widely commended for promoting mutual respect and strengthening workplace harmony. The ASCSN described the award as a recognition of her “rare sincerity and sensitivity to the yearnings of workers,” noting that her policies have enhanced productivity and improved working conditions.
The award underscores the Commission’s renewed commitment to sustaining excellence and advancing public service delivery under her stewardship.
