The Nigeria Police High Command has showered prayers on Hajjia Hajjara Usman Alkali Baba, wife of the Inspector-General of Police and President of the Police Officers Wives Association.
The high command also extolled the virtues of the woman they said has transformed the lives of police wives, especially the rank-and-file.
According to a statement signed by police spokesman, CSP Muyiwa Adejobi, “Hajjia Hajjara Usman Alkali Baba, is a woman of honour, virtue and humility who shares the same birthday date with our beloved country, Nigeria, today 1st October, 2022,
“It is a common saying that behind a successful man, there is always a cerebral, hardworking and reasonable wife. So is Hajjia Hajjara to the 21st indigenous Inspector-General of Police, whose leadership has been a blessing to the entire Police family in Nigeria.
“Today, the NPF Celebrates our number 1 woman, Mama of the NPF, as she clocks yet another year, on the same date we celebrate the Federal Republic of Nigeria on her 62nd Independence Anniversary.
“We pray that Allah (SWT) grants her more years on earth in good health, wisdom and every good thing she wishes herself today and beyond. Once again, Happy Birthday Mama.”
