The Nigerian Army has announced plans to host its Combined Third and Fourth Quarter Media Training Seminar for 2025, aimed at deepening collaboration with media professionals and enhancing national security reporting.
The seminar, organized by the Directorate of Army Public Relations (DAPR), will take place from October 6 to 10, 2025, at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Abuja.
Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Lt Col OA Anele, said the training is themed “Enhancing Responsible Media Reportage of the Nigerian Army’s Operations in a Joint and Multi-Agency Environment for Enhanced National Security.”
The week-long programme is expected to bring together journalists, defence correspondents, and communication experts to foster responsible reportage of military operations, improve civil-military relations, and strengthen the fight against insecurity in Nigeria.
