Speaking at a press briefing in Abuja, Force PRO, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, said the arrests followed weeks of intelligence gathering and coordinated operations by the FCT Police Command.
Recovered exhibits include three firearms, ammunition, and mobile phones. Hundeyin disclosed that the group has been responsible for a string of robberies across Abuja, with their weapons traced to a supplier in Niger Republic.
He praised the operatives for their diligence and urged the public to remain alert and report suspicious movements to the police.
