The Executive Secretary of the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (ARCN), Dr. Abubakar Adamu Dabban, has felicitated with His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr.) Yahaya Abubakar, the Etsu Nupe, as he marks his 73rd birthday and 22nd year on the throne.
In a goodwill message issued on behalf of his family and the people of Niger State, Dr. Dabban described the Etsu Nupe as “a father and mentor whose reign has brought dignity, peace, and progress to the Nupe Kingdom.”
