There is wild jubilation in Anioma, Delta State as President Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of London trained Energy Expert Laurence Izegbu as executive Director Re- Integration Presidential Amnesty Office Abuja.
Izegbu, a grassroot mobilizer and a consultant to Delta State Local Content Agency has vast knowledge in Petroleum matters.
President Tinubu is known for his skill in assembling talents and people with intellectual prowess.
This appointment is a testament to Izegbu’s excellent performance at the Delta State Local Content Agency.
In his capacity as executive Director Re- integration, Izegbu is charged with the responsibility of calming the tensions in the Niger Delta regions and also advising the government on how to curb the crude oil theft to boost oil output.
Those in the know disclosed that appointment of Laurence Izuegbu would trigger a sharp progress by the ruling APC and possibly enhance their move to sweep all political positions in next election.
