Happy birthday to a genuinely lovely icon, a kind man with a big heart, a man of many talents, an inspirational and visionary leader, a man who leads with elegance and grace.
I am an advocate of celebrating icons while alive, hale and hearty. It is my utmost pleasure to join friends, family and well-wishers in paying tribute to Hon Prince Ned Nwoko, a friend and elder brother without expiry date.
I lack words to celebrate the real ‘Akwu Lue Unor’ of Anioma land, Hon Prince Ned Nwoko, the man many refer to as ‘The Paris Club Refund Czar’ and the ‘Star Prince’.
The only set of people who would not love this man are haters of good people and people who would never like you even if you give them your most prized belonging. Haters are inevitable as you grow in success and skill.
So far in my Delta north area, I have not met a ‘Big Man’ whom you would storm his home to visit without appointment like Prince Ned.
Your contributions to the socio-economic development of your community, Idumuje Ugboko and Aniocha North LGA is second to non with your 5-Star STARS university project, a first of its kind in the entire AniochaOshimili.
Your philanthropic acts and help for the needy are legendary, for you are a man so rich in spirit, character and materials.
The reason my respect for NED NWOKO will never dwindle is that he helped people in need out of public office. Help given out of comfort zone of public office is sacrificial giving and it carries more weight and blessings from God.
On this special day as we celebrate this great life, I call on the Host of Heavens to pour you down blessings that the enemy would not imagine or gainsay.
You are highly admired always sir.
