Delta born billionaire and Chancellor of the STARS University, Idumuje-Ugboko, Prince Ned Nwoko has eulogized Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, as a gifted leader who deserved to be celebrated, especially on the occasion of his 61st birthday anniversary.
Hon. Nwoko in a statement in Abuja, said Senator Okowa has done much more than most of his contemporaries to keep Delta together in peace, unity and progress.

The world renowned philanthropist equally used the birthday anniversary to pray for quick recovery of Governor Okowa, wife and daughter from Covid-19 pandemic.
Nwoko wished the governor success in his stronger Delta vision for the people.
