The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has recorded another decisive victory against insurgency with a devastating precision strike on a major terrorist enclave at ARRA in the Sambisa general area.
The operation, carried out on 19 November 2025, followed a series of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions that tracked hostile movement linked to the 17 October ambush on troops at KASHOMRI.
According to a statement by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, persistent ISR coverage revealed suspicious activities and active terrorist structures, prompting a coordinated and intelligence-led air interdiction mission by the Air Component of Operation HADIN KAI.
NAF aircraft reportedly acquired the designated targets and executed multiple precision passes, destroying all identified structures and neutralising terrorist elements within the location.
The strike, described as “highly effective,” significantly degraded insurgent operational capability while disrupting their command and logistics networks.
This latest success, officials say, underscores the Air Force’s firm resolve to maintain overwhelming pressure on terrorist groups and support ground forces across all theatres.
The NAF reiterated its commitment to defending Nigeria’s territorial integrity and ensuring enduring peace nationwide.
