The Department of State Services (DSS) has announced the dismissal of 115 personnel as part of its internal reform efforts designed to enhance professionalism, discipline, and integrity within the organization.
According to a statement released on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle, @OfficialDSSNG, the Service disclosed that the dismissals were carried out over a period of time and formed part of its broader initiative to sanitize its ranks.
The DSS emphasized that the decision underscores its zero-tolerance stance toward misconduct and reinforces its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and accountability in national security operations.
“The Service remains focused on ensuring that only the most disciplined, competent, and trustworthy officers continue to serve,” the statement read in part.
The reform process, which has been ongoing, is expected to strengthen the agency’s institutional culture and enhance public confidence in the Service’s operations.
