Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has paid glowing tribute to Major-General Lawrence Fejokwu and Major-General Raymond Ochei, following their retirement from the Nigerian Army after decades of exemplary, patriotic, and selfless service to the nation.

Reflecting on their journey, the Commissioner recalled their early days at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) and their eventual rise to the prestigious rank of Major-General, a feat he said was achieved through dedication, courage, and unwavering faith in the Nigerian project.
“Their trustworthiness, tactical acumen, and steadfast commitment to the service of our fatherland remain a shining example of patriotic devotion and noble character,” Dr. Osuoza said.
He lauded both officers for their gallantry and principles, noting that their careers continue to inspire younger officers and citizens alike.
