In a move aimed at enhancing communication and service efficiency, the Military Pensions Board (MPB) has announced new official phone numbers for handling complaints, general enquiries, and Next of Kin (NOK) appointments.
According to a statement issued on Monday, October 13, 2025, by the Board’s Public Relations Officer, Squadron Leader Aliyu Mohammed, the initiative is part of MPB’s ongoing commitment to ensuring seamless communication between the Board, military retirees, and their families.
The new numbers are categorized into two lines Complaint Office Numbers and NOK Lines to ensure faster response and clearer communication channels.

The Board urged all retirees, pensioners, and NOKs to strictly use these official lines for all inquiries and appointments to avoid misinformation or delays.
“The Military Pensions Board remains committed to maintaining effective communication channels and ensuring a seamless service experience for all military retirees and their families,” the statement added.
