Operatives of the Lagos Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, have arrested 38 suspected internet fraudsters. The arrests were made on Friday, August 29, 2025, at Mambillah Hotel, Omodisu Street, Ikorodu, Lagos, following credible intelligence and thorough surveillance regarding alleged internet fraud activities in the area. Items recovered during the arrest include cars, mobile devices and a mix of psychoactive and controlled substances.
