Okakuro Sunday E. Onoriode, the Director of Protocol to the Executive Governor of Delta State and the Isio of Umiaghwa Abraka Kingdom, has passionately called on the people of Delta State to unite in support of the Renewed Hope 4 More agenda as Nigeria looks ahead to the 2027 general elections.
Speaking during a recent media interaction, Onoriode emphasized the need for continued backing of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, noting that their leadership has brought visible development and transformation to Delta State. He specifically hailed Governor Oborevwori as a “Magic Governor” whose performance within just a year in office has exceeded expectations.
Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is truly a Magic Governor. Just look at the transformation in Ward 3, Oria—Urhagbesa Road, Vella Road, King Road—all fully constructed and in use. These are just a few of the many infrastructural developments spread across Ethiope East. More roads have been completed, and several others recently approved. His impact is visible not only in Ethiope East but across all senatorial districts in Delta State,” Onoriode stated.
He also commended Governor Oborevwori’s firm commitment to security, saying that his administration has taken bold steps to tackle insecurity and protect the lives and property of Deltans.
Onoriode urged every well-meaning Deltan to remain steadfast in their support for the Renewed Hope 4 More agenda, stressing that the continuity of effective governance depends on the collective will of the people.
We must come together as one people to sustain this momentum. The vision of President Tinubu at the federal level and Governor Oborevwori’s achievements at the state level deserve our total support,” he added.
