Dr. Charles Olisa, Commissioner representing the Ndokwa ethnic nationality on the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) board, has formally registered as a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward 10, Ashaka, Ndokwa East Local Government Area.
The registration, held amidst much fanfare, drew prominent members of the Dr. Charles Olisa Political Forum and party faithful from across the ward. Among those in attendance were Barr. Julius Ezimadu, Hon. Friday Chibogu, Lady Ngozi Olisa, Lady Chioma Olisa (LSM), Pastor Robinson Amratefa, Comrade Lucky Odoko, and Mr. Anthony Adaka. They were joined by APC leaders including Ward 10 Chairman Mr. Patrick Iyasele, Woman Leader Mrs. Carolyn Enebeli, and Youth Leader Comrade Keshi Aniefor, who welcomed Dr. Olisa into the party with open arms.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Olisa expressed his full alignment with the APC’s vision and leadership. “Ndokwa East, Delta State is fully and wholly Sheriffed and Batified,” he declared. “It is His Excellency Tinubu as President till 2031 and His Excellency Rt Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori as Governor till 2031. APC is our party.”
Dr. Olisa’s official registration marks a significant political shift in the region, further energizing the APC’s base ahead of future elections.
