The Nigeria Police high command has confirmed it has taken delivery of dozens of new Armoured Personnel Carriers (APC’s).
Police spokesman who made the disclosure in a short message on social media said: “We are resolute to defend the citizens and the sovereignty of our dear country, as the police has taken delivery of a new set of Armoured Personnel Carriers and other critical operational assets to boost its efficiency.
“Appreciation goes to the president for his focused leadership and commitment to re-engineering the Nigeria Police Force and the general security of the country. We appreciate the general public for their support and resilience towards having a better security architecture in Nigeria.”
