On Tuesday, August 16, 2022 the office of Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Local Content Policy and development visited the ongoing Koka flyover bridge construction site in Asaba, Delta State for inspection.
The local content agency have the mandate to ensure that extractive and construction companies operating in Delta State utilize domestic skilled workers in all the projects and contracts awarded to them by the government.
It is also mandatory that they source the raw materials needed for the projects locally.
These policies and implementation is creating massive employment and economic prosperity for Delta
