The Ndokwa West Local Government Area (LGA) chairman, High Chief Goddey Obi Nzete, on Tuesday inspected all properties belonging to the council, lamenting its deplorable state.
The council boss, during the tour expressed displeasure over the condition of the buildings and other properties.
According to him, “I am not pleased at all, seeing the properties belonging to my local government in its present dilapidated state. I and everyone working with me will surely do our best to ensure a facelift before my tenure ends.
“It will not be bad if we channel part of our IGR into renovation of some of the properties”.
Chief Nzete was accompanied by the vice chairman of the council amongst others.
