A consummate healthcare practitioner, a former Senior Special Assistant to Governor of Delta State, Nigeria, Senator Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, now the Chief of Staff to the Senator representing the excellent people of Delta North Senatorial District, Senator Ned Nwoko and SSA to Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon.
