The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State command, CP Hakeem Odumosu, on Tuesday, June, 29, visited the Lagos Annex Office of the Inspector General of Police’ Intelligence Response Team (IRT) on a familiarisation tour, as part of strategies to enhance security within the metropolis.
The commander, CSP Ugowe Igbinazaka Joel, received the CP who commended him for sustaining good legacies laid down by the Commander of the unit, DCP. Abba Kyari.
Odumosu took advantage of the visit to pledge strategic operational support for the effectiveness of the IRT in order to help the outfit maintain existing integrity.
Lagos IRT is wearing a decent look following the coordinator’s insistence that the cell must not be congested with suspects who don’t have reason for remaining in custody.
