All is set for Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Kayode Egbetokun, to launch a Special Intervention Squad (SIS), to curb activities of kidnappers ravaging havoc in some parts of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Helicopters, Armoured Personnel Carriers, Drones and other mobile crime fighting tools will be deployed immediately after the launch by IGP.
