Commissioner for Information, Dr Michael Osuoza has called on all Deltans, home and abroad to join Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Orhowedor Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State in giving praises and adoration to the Amighty God for helping the Big heart in the last one year of his administration.
According to Dr Osuoza, the Governor has consistently reaffirmed his unwavering belief and conviction of the hand of God and the Grace and divine intervention of the Almighty in his life and affairs, which manifested again in his emergence as the Executive Governor of Delta State.
“For as he rightly testified, according to the scriptures in Ecclesiastes 9 vs 11: “the race is not for the swift, nor the battle for the strong, neither yet bread to the wise nor yet riches to men of understanding nor yet favour of men of skill, but time and chance happened to them all.”
