Delta Information staff commiserate with colleague over wife’s death

Staff of the Delta State Ministry of Information have commiserated with their colleague, Mr. Amos Idogho whose wife was laid to rest in Oroka-Abraka in Ethiope East Local Government Area.

The staff led by an assistant director of information, Mr. Joseph Egbaju, described the death of the deceased as shocking and sad.

They said that the death was untimely and prayed to God to strengthen and comfort Mr. Amos Idogho and his family in their moment of grief.

Mr Egbadju described Mr Idogho as an obedient and committed staff of the ministry, adding that he had always carried out every assignment to him diligently.

Some staff of the ministry, who spoke in an interview, including Mr. Chucks Isichei and Mr. Ifeanyi Elue also described Idogho as an accessible colleague and a jolly good fellow, just as they admonished him and his family to put the death of their wife behind and look on to God.

The bereaved husband, Mr Amos Idogho thanked the Commissioner for Information, Mr Charles Aniagwu, the Functioning Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Mr. Lucky Omokri and the entire staff for their show of love and support for him.

He stated that his wife was everything to him, adding that her demise had created vacuum in his family.
