By every standard, attaining the age of 70 is quite an accomplishment and it is in this line of thought that popular man of God who is the founder of Celestial Church of Christ, Genesis Global, Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe went all out to throw a befitting bash to celebrate his mother, Deaconess Dorcas Risikat Ogundipe when she clocked 70th recently. It was a great outing as flourishing man of God gathered friends, family members, well-wishers and colleagues to celebrate the 70th birthday of their beloved mum and grandma.
The lively event, which kicked off with a prayer by Prophet Akinola Fasawe, was held at the Taynet Event Centre, Alakuko, Lagos, with equally lively personalities including members of the Genesis Model Parish, in attendance.
Relieving the good times he had shared with his mum, the celebrant’s first son, Israel Oladele Ogundipe, remarked thus: “The lessons you have taught me cannot be found anywhere because they are real-life experiences. I truly appreciate your guidance; I wish you a marvelous 70th birthday.” The joyous celebrant couldn’t hold back her excitement as she danced heartily in the company of her children and other loved ones just as the ageless golden voice of Evangelist Ebenezer Obey serenaded the atmosphere.
Thereafter, she was assisted by very close family members to cut her 70th birthday cake to the admiration of all present. The event was spiced with long list of important personalities that were in attendance to identify and celebrate with Ogundipe family.
