History was made today as Obi Professor Epiphany Azinge took the traditional oath of office at the Opechi, and was enthroned as the 14TH Asagba of Ahaba at the Oji Ogbeafor in Asaba.
The event, which was witnessed by ndi Obi, Olinzeles, Ogbueshi’s, Okwulagwe, Umu Ada and the entire Asaba community signifies a new era of leadership in Delta state capital.
According to an impeccable source, “The people joyfully embraced their king with music, joy and dancing.
“Ogbeogonogo market was closed down, as a sign of respect to welcome our king.
“It is worthy to note that he seizes to be greeted Obi Igwe from today and will be addressed as ‘Nna Agu’.
Azinge, a Professor of Law is a man of many accomplishments.
